MS Falls Prevention Class
Small group classes designed to help people living with MS improve their balance and mobility and minimise falls risk.
Run by Special Interest Neuro and Vestibular Physiotherapist Peter Choi, who has been working closely with the team at the MS Society SA & NT, and supported with permission obtained by Emeritus Professor Sheila Lennon from Flinders University.
Program consists of 1 hour session, including warm up/cool down and rest breaks, over 6 weeks.
Exercises are individualised to each participants needs and goals following 1:1 assessment with Peter prior to first class.
Commencing Thur 2nd Nov 12:40pm x 6 weeks (finishing 7th Dec)
